APPLE TO MY EYE
EL TEQUILEÑO AÑEJO GRAN RESERVA
INGREDIENTS:
• 2oz El Tequileño Añejo.
• 2oz Amontillado Sherry.
• 1oz unfiltered apple juice.
GLASS:
Coupe
METHOD:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with cubed ice. Shake until ice cold. Fine strain into a Cocktail Coupe.
A complex blend of dried fruits, toasty oak and sweet spice blanced with nice acidity and sweetness from the apple juice. A delicious journey all round!
