TACO DE CHICHARRÓN

Ingredients:

  • 350 g of pressed chicharron (pork rinds)

  • Mexican sauce or pico de gallo

  • Guacamole

  • Corn tortillas


Method:

  1. Cut the pressed chicharron into cubes and fry it in a frying pan without oil. It is not necessary to add oil, as the chicharrón will cook with its own fat.

  2. Once the chicharron is golden brown, spread it over the preheated tortillas, and add the pico de gallo , guacamole and a squeeze of lime.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
