TACO DE CALAMAR

Ingredients:

  • 600 gr of Squid

  • Yellow Pepper or Chile Toreado

  • Salt (taste)

  • Corn Tortillas

  • Alioli sauce

  • Flaming Hot Powder


Method:

  1. Clean the squid or use already cleaned squid to save time. Cut them into rings, coat them in flour and fry them in abundant hot oil. 

  2. Once fried, remove them and remove the excess oil on absorbent paper. 

  3. Season with a little salt and sprinkle with hot flaming powder.

  4. .After preparing the squid, heat the corn tortillas and proceed to form the tacos.

  5. Serve with the chile güero and the aioli dressing.
