1 whole passion fruit (flesh from inside)
0.5oz fresh lime juice,
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
1oz unfiltered apple cider

Add all ingredients to a highball glasshalf filled with crushed ice.

Mix well with a bar spoon. Fill to the top with crushed ice and mix again.

Garnish with a green apple fan.
